Which areas in Taoyuan do you travel to?

Mudan primarily serves Taoyuan City and its districts, including Luzhu, Zhongli, Taoyuan, and surrounding areas. For locations farther afield, please reach out — we are happy to discuss what is possible.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekday sessions, a few days' notice is generally comfortable. For weekend availability or special occasions like retirement celebrations, booking one to two weeks ahead is wise. Reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What should I prepare before the artist arrives?

A clean, moisturized face and a clear surface (a table or counter) is all you need. If you have a preferred room with good natural light, that is a nice bonus — but not required since we bring lighting.

Do you work with all skin types?

Yes. The kit includes products suited to a wide range of skin types and tones common in Taiwan. During consultation, any sensitivities or preferences you share will shape product selection for your session.

What is included in the Retirement Celebration Package practice session?

The practice session allows you to see and adjust the look ahead of your celebration day. You can try different finishes, discuss what felt right and what you'd like to change, so the actual event day runs smoothly and you feel completely at ease with the result.

How is payment handled?

Payment details are discussed at the time of booking confirmation. Common arrangements include bank transfer or cash on the day of session. We will walk you through the process when you reach out.
